Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is committed to supporting the Armed Forces Personnel community. Gloucestershire Hospitals advocate the benefits of joining the Reserves for their staff, through Reservist-friendly HR policy.
Gloucestershire Hospitals have also taken a lead on forming a Regional NHS Medical Reserves Committee to build specific relationships for the benefit of Medical Reserves.

“My Trust has supported me in obtaining leave for me to attend annual camp for the last two years. Working an annualised contract has also given me the flexibility in my day to day work pattern to enable me to attend additional courses.”
