  • Describe the circumstances. Describe the disadvantage that the member(s) of the Armed Forces community were facing as a result of their Service. Or, the opportunity that arose to offer special provision to those sacrificing the most, such as the injured and bereaved.
  • Describe the actions you took to remove the disadvantage or apply the special provision.
  • Describe the end result for the Armed Forces community. Was their disadvantage successfully removed? Was the special provision successfully received?
